• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents (BOLs).
• Handle dispatch window communications with customers and carrier reps.
• Maintain data and records for shipping activities.
• Keep logs and records accurate and legible.
