Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a 1st shift Traffic Clerk in Las Vegas. The role coordinates inbound and outbound freight, communicates with drivers and carriers, and ensures timely shipping and receiving operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dispatch or freight coordination experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Typical duties include scheduling, documentation, and collaboration with customer service and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience coordinating inbound and outbound freight.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk and work outdoors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to support warehouse operations.
• Coordinate drivers, equipment and freight with carriers and internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipping documents (BOLs, bills of lading).
• Maintain data and records related to shipping and receiving activities.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining facility security.
• Maintain a clean, safe dock area and report safety concerns.
