Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Order Picker Forklift Driver for the Dayton, NJ distribution center. The role covers daily picking, loading/unloading, and operating power equipment to keep inventory moving efficiently.

You'll join a fast-paced, safety-focused team with opportunities for cross-training and advancement. Day and night shifts available with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Onsite role requiring good attendance and ability to work with team in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift experience (Order Picker, Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Pacers).
• Onsite role; must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork; strong communication.
• Able to operate PKMS and read SKU locations.
• Must be able to obtain certification for all WSIDDC equipment.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily pick for the Hub using the inventory system.
• Load/unload, stack, and stage products with various power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize aisles daily.
• Perform staging/sweeping tasks with power equipment.
• Promote safety and uphold a safety culture throughout the site.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
