Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Equipment Operator in Frostproof, FL. Join our Frostproof distribution center and help ensure accurate picking, staging, storage, and movement of inventory using powered industrial trucks and RF/voice systems.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime may be required based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; participate in ongoing housekeeping.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE and fall-protection equipment when required.
• Participate in team meetings and report concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
