Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and scan items.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to PPE and safety regulations. The starting wage is competitive and may be higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state-issued license required.
• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare orders.
• Build, wrap, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Possibly perform driver duties as needed.
