Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Weekend Shift Warehouse Equipment Operator for the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday–Monday). Training is provided and pay starts at $23.50+ per hour with potential to earn incentives, overtime, and advancement as Ferguson grows.

You’ll operate stand-up forklifts, pick, stage and store products, and work in a safe, team-based environment. Benefits include PTO, holidays, parental leave, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts (training provided).
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.
