Job summary

Ferguson Frostproof, FL is seeking a First Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator to support our Frostproof distribution center. Ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a 6:30a–3p schedule (Mon–Fri). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment.
