Ferguson is currently seeking an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator. This role requires familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions and a commitment to phenomenal customer service.

Shift Start Options

2:30 p – 11:00 p (Mon‑Fri); $23.50 /hr

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the day‑to‑day workflow of the department
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals
• Assist in resolving day‑to‑day operational issues
• Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve performance
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, quality, and reduce costs
• Ensure the department is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range
