Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator in Bloomingdale, GA. This role supports daily workflow, ensures safety, and helps achieve department goals. You will train teammates, improve efficiency, and uphold PPE and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Shift Start Options

6a-2:30p (M-F); $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues
• Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance
• Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives
• Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times
• Other duties as assigned
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
