Stand-By Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Owasso, Oklahoma. You will monitor food production processes, perform quality inspections, conduct product testing, and ensure compliance with USDA regulations, GMP, and HACCP standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in food safety or quality assurance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food safety or QA preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, SPC and food safety regulations preferred.
• Ability to document results and maintain records accurately.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor production processes for compliance with USDA, GMP and HACCP.
• Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
• Conduct product testing including temperature, pH, moisture, and weight checks.
• Maintain quality-control logs and testing records.
• Assist with internal and external audits and communicate findings.
