Job summary

Nourison Home is seeking a Domestics Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Domestics department. You will supervise order processing, packing, staging, and routing, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment while maintaining a productive, team-oriented environment.

On the warehouse floor, you'll coach associates, plan staffing, monitor productivity, tackle bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Domestics warehouse operations (order processing, folding, packing, staging, routing).
• Plan daily staffing and workload based on order volume and priorities.
• Monitor productivity and take action to meet production goals.
• Coach employees on productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
• Ensure orders are scanned, labeled, staged, and routed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and address unsafe conditions.
