Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day warehouse activities and supervise staff to meet daily production goals. The role focuses on scheduling, labor balance, safety, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate shipping/receiving, manage equipment use, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement, training, and onboarding while ensuring OSHA compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 1–5 years supervisory experience) in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment; adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping/receiving work schedules and assignments.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel.
• Supervises inbound/outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinates maintenance and efficient use of equipment.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports.
• Implements training and onboarding programs; supports employee development.
• Ensures safety programs and OSHA compliance within the warehouse.
