Job summary

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems, scanning, Excel or related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily Domestics warehouse operations, including order processing, folding, packing, staging, routing, and other functions.
Plan daily staffing and workload based on order volume, priorities, and capacity.
Monitor department productivity and take action when production falls behind plan.
Ensure orders are scanned, labeled, staged, and routed per procedures; maintain quality and accuracy.
Coach employees on productivity, safety, attendance, and teamwork; address performance issues.
