Job summary

Daltile in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm). You will supervise shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, and ensure daily operations meet production goals.

You will also train new employees, assign tasks, monitor equipment, and uphold safety and organization standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in logistics are required, along with strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years logistics/distribution experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
