Job summary

ALMAC Group is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Operative Grade 1 at our Durham, NC location. Responsibilities include picking material for dispatch, verifying inventory, checking temperature monitors for shipping, operating forklifts, and keeping the warehouse clean.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred experience in clinical trials, pharma, or other regulated sectors and familiarity with inventory systems and ERPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory systems is preferred.
• Regulated industry experience is a plus (pharma/clinical).

Responsibilities

• Pick material in preparation for dispatch to the customer.
• Verify inventory and perform inventory movements.
• Conduct second checks on temperature monitor programs for shipping staff.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping.
