• Monitor expiration dates and material changes to align with production needs.
• Ensure GMP compliance across the line and work areas.

Responsabilités

• Sign in and inspect cream tank trucks and related transport.
• Ensure employees follow GMPs and batch documentation is accurate.
• Maintain CIP/COP paperwork and communicate results to the team.
• Verify temperature charts and batch records for accuracy.
