Almac Group in Durham, NC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator Grade 1 for 1st shift. The role focuses on verifying and packing clinical site orders, with shipments including controlled room temperature, refrigerated, and distribution picks. Hours are 7:30-4pm.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in distribution or warehouse. Preferred candidates have experience in pharma/regulatory settings.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance.
• Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.
• Pack customer orders according to distribution protocols and Instructions.
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels.
• Pick Distribution Orders.
