Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead daily warehouse operations and oversee a cohesive team.

You will coach staff, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to the company quality policy while coordinating with leadership and other departments. The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility for overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
