Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the Inventory Control team in a fast-paced distribution center. You will supervise inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and establish procedures to meet commitments.

You will promote continuous improvement and mentor staff to achieve targets. Ideal candidates have 2 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility for overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Inventory Control team
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
• Establish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitments
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives
