Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team on the Weekend 1st Shift (Thursday - Sunday, 6:00am - 4:00pm). The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with MS Office and scanner equipment.

The ideal candidate will coach staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with other departments to meet service levels and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
