Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am) in Texas. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coach the team, and ensure quality and timely service for customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and barcode scanners, and a bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field. The role requires flexibility, overtime, and a commitment to GXO's 7S program and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime (weekends possible).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
