Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for 1st shift in Texas. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and coach for performance, while ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to GXO policies.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility for overtime. A related degree and supervisory background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO quality policy and 7S program.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
