Qualifications

• Use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo as directed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces; wash windowsills and interior glass.
• Clean bathrooms, restock supplies, and manage waste daily.
• Report any defects to supervisors and assist with common areas.
