Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for full-time 1st shift to perform a range of custodial duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor.

Responsibilities include floor care, detailed cleaning, restroom upkeep, trash collection, and reporting maintenance issues. Position requires reliability, ability to follow directions, and efficient teamwork within a facilities services environment.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must follow directions and work with minimal supervision as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums and buffers.
• Attention to detail, energy, and endurance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other interior surfaces.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs, dust furniture and fixtures, and perform high dusting when needed.
• Wash windowsills, interior glass, and doors; clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Report defects (urinals, lights) to supervisors and manage trash collection daily.
• Replace liners and handle snow removal at entrances as directed.
