Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, restroom upkeep, waste management, and periodic deep cleaning tasks. Candidates should be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and operate cleaning equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; wipe walls and wash windowsills.
• Wash bathrooms and restock supplies; maintain hygiene standards daily.
• Monitor and report defects like clogged urinals or lights.
• Collect building trash daily and manage waste liners per specs.
