Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for 1st shift to perform a broad range of custodial duties in facilities under the C&W Services umbrella. The role emphasizes attention to detail and reliable execution of standard cleaning tasks.

You will work under supervision, following established standards and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for occupants and visitors. The company offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with eligibility

Qualifications

Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high energy and endurance.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
Use floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
Vacuum rugs and perform spot cleaning; dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces.
Wash windowsills, glass in doors and partitions, and interior/exterior windows.
Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily; maintain hygiene standards.
Monitor for defects (clogged urinals or lights) and report to supervisors.
Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners as needed.
Shovel snow from entrances and walkways as directed.
Perform periodic high-dusting, leather/wood polishing, and wall washing.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
