Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo when needed.
• Dust furniture, exhibits, and light fixtures; clean windowsills and glass.
• Wash and wipe interior/exterior glass and walls daily as appropriate.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects like clogged urinals or lights to supervisors.
• Collect trash daily and replace liners; handle routine waste removal.
