Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite Manufacturing Associate to set up and operate cell equipment, inspect parts, and maintain process records. You will participate in training, communicate production issues, and support cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

The role spans molding, machine operation, assembly, and related tasks as assigned. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with basic gauges experience and a proven work history in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Reading diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine material needs.
• Ability to read and interpret process documents and records.
• Experience with basic measuring tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders to determine material requirements.
• Selects, aligns, and secures tooling and materials on machines and fixtures.
• Enters settings and calibrates equipment for production orders.
• Records production data and performs quality checks on products.
• Maintains safe and orderly work environment and supports team training.
