Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Indiana is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a fully onsite role. You will set up and operate cell manufacturing and test equipment, inspect parts for quality, and follow detailed procedures to complete production processes.

You will engage in training of new associates, communicate production issues, and assist in various capacities from molding to painting as needed to meet customer expectations.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Summary

Sets up and operates cell manufacturing and test equipment in order to produce final product. Inspects parts as needed for product quality. Performs standard work and uses process control methods to complete the manufacturing process. Performs routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Reads and interprets all process documents, follows detailed procedures and maintains applicable records. Assists in training of new associates on standard processes within manufacturing, changeovers and inspection. Communicates cell production issues to Production Team Leader and/or other team members. Interfaces with purchasing, engineering, and customer service as needed to deliver product to meet customer expectations. Willingness to work in numerous capacities, ranging from molding, machine operating, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other duties as assigned.
