Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles preferred; military service exempt from area limit.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B sponsorship offered by Eaton.

Responsibilities

• Work from manufacturing information and drawings to established procedures.
• Complete ISO and quality checklists and production lists as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Receive, pick, label, pack and prepare for shipment of materials and assemblies.
• Maintain Kanban inventory levels and report shortages to operators.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and customer adjustments as needed.
