Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No visa sponsorship; candidates within 50-mile radius preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assembly personnel and production activities.
• Plan and schedule manufacturing to meet customer requirements and commitments.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage are followed.
• Oversee 5S+ practices and maintain organized work areas.
• Train new workers and provide ongoing team development.
• Identify improvement opportunities and perform root cause analyses.
