Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Assembly Technician II for the 3rd shift in Greenwood, SC. The role focuses on assembling Low Voltage Assemblies, following safety and quality standards, and supporting machine operations.

This position includes occasional cross-training and AS400 transactions. Shifts run 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday, with a base hourly rate of $20 plus $1 shift premium and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience in industrial setting.
• Minimum 6 months with hand and air tools.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa extensions.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Low Voltage Assemblies and support Assembler I tasks.
• Perform PowerWave2 hi-pot testing and labeling.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity to meet daily goals.
• Inspect materials, read electrical/mechanical drawings, and follow SOPs.
• Contribute to material transactions in AS400 and prepare assemblies for shipment.
