Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to anticipate potential problems in the department being supervised.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Schedule workflows, train employees, troubleshoot machinery, and meet production goals.
• Lead a production team to achieve targets across People, Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, engineering, and quality control to optimize resources.
