Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Familiarity with assembly line configurations and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor defect rates in partnership with Quality Assurance.
• Lead safety audits and ensure adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Manage labor costs and shop floor budgets effectively.
