Job summary

Sanmina Fremont seeks an Assembly Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will schedule workflows, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. ITAR compliance and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to anticipate potential problems, both internal and external, to the specific department(s) being supervised

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Schedule workflows and direct staff to meet production goals.
• Train employees and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality control.
• Maintain compliance with training plans and industry regulations.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and performance appraisals.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize production.
