Job summary

Ruxlo in Manasquan, NJ is seeking the first dedicated Product Manager to define the product, own the roadmap, and act as the face to users. You will gather feedback, set priorities, write specs, and ensure tight documentation while UAT testing and analyzing user behavior with analytics tools.

You will work hands-on, own the end-to-end workflow from idea to release, coordinate with engineers and designers, and build AI-assisted tooling to draft and synthesize insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Have been the whole product function for a real project or startup.
• Ability to ship a live product or feature from idea to release.

Responsibilities

• Decide what gets built next by triaging ideas against milestones.
• Write specs and drive questions to zero before approval.
• Coordinate refinement sessions with design and engineering.
• Test in staging against criteria and manage production go/no-go decisions.
• Own AI tooling to draft and synthesize insights using analytics.
