Job summary

Ruxlo is recruiting its first dedicated marketing and growth hire in Manasquan, NJ to build the initial motion. You will work directly with the CEO to launch the growth engine for the first town, driving contractor onboarding, homeowner engagement, and data-backed expansion.

You will own the consumer growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals, and shape initiatives from SEO to lifecycle, brand, and paid where appropriate, collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in consumer growth or GTM at seed to Series B startups.
• Proven 0→1 growth for a consumer/app platform.
• Player-coach with hands-on list-building and copywriting.
• Multi-channel depth across at least four areas.
• Strong funnel attribution and data-driven decision making.
• Daily use of AI to accelerate workflows.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Onsite 3–4 days/week in Manasquan, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer growth engine from acquisition to retention.
• Define and execute the launch motion for the first town.
• Build the contractor-led onboarding and data-collection playbook.
• Own SEO, lifecycle, referral loops, and app-store optimization.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to apply AI-enabled workflows.
• Measure activation, retention, and viral coefficients with data.
