Job summary

AllianceOne is seeking a First Party Collections Agent for an onsite role in Maumee, OH. You will contact customers to resolve past-due accounts with professionalism and empathy, building a stable, long-term career in a performance-driven environment.

This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule (training), with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match after 90 days, paid time off, HSA/FSA options, and an Employee Assistance

• Work with customers to resolve balances on credit cards and loan accounts.
• Maintain compliance while delivering a professional and empathetic experience.
• Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and adherence.
• Handle a daily caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
