Job summary

flyExclusive seeks a Citation XLS First Officer to assist the PIC across all flight phases on domestic Part 135 missions. You will blend in-flight excellence with crew coordination and passenger care.

You must hold ATP, FAA First Class Medical, 2,000 hours fixed-wing, 200 hours multi-engine, and be allowed to work in the United States. Strong English, safety culture, and readiness for preflight planning are essential.

Qualifications

• ATP (Restricted or Unrestricted) and FAA First Class Medical.
• 2000 hours fixed-wing total time; 200 hours multi-engine.
• FARs knowledge for Part 135; familiarity with FAA/ICAO regs.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and rapid learning abilities.
• Clear, professional English—verbal and written; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Passport; CANPASS eligibility for Canada.
• Authorized to work in the United States; two forms of federal ID.
• Safety-sensitive FAA role with pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Ability to operate in loud, outdoor, hangar, industrial environments; lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe, efficient flight operations in compliance with FARs, company procedures, and the PIC’s direction.
• Support all preflight planning and aircraft preparation, including performance, weather, NOTAMs, and regulatory checks.
• Lead and coordinate with crew members to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
• Deliver premium passenger care: greet, brief, assist with seating, stowage, and in-flight requests.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and service at all times.
• Maintain required certificates and report any condition that may impact flight duties.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the PIC or Chief Pilot.
