The Pictsweet Company is seeking a Corporate Aviation Captain to safely operate the Citation 650 and deliver exceptional travel experiences for company passengers. You will work closely with a seasoned co-captain and aviation leadership to uphold a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities include commanding flights when assigned, ensuring airworthiness, and coordinating with stakeholders on go/no-go decisions, flight planning, and trip paperwork. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and U.S.

Qualifications

• ATP with Multi-Engine Land rating and FAA First Class Medical.
• 4,000+ total hours; 1,000+ multi-engine turbine.
• Eligible to work in the United States and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety culture by following procedures and industry best practices.
• Confirm airworthiness of the aircraft prior to each flight and ensure all required documents are in order.
• Ensure crewmembers understand their duties and performance expectations.
• Make and communicate go/no-go decisions to stakeholders as soon as practical.
• Prepare or supervise flight planning considering altitude, weight and balance, weather, and navigation aids.
• Perform all tasks away from home base to ensure safe operations.
• Comply with regulations and company policies.
• Report FAA violations or incidents promptly.
• Coordinate required passenger ground handling and transportation.
• Complete trip paperwork accurately and on time.
• Fuel the aircraft at home base and support collateral duties.

✈️ Role Overview

The Corporate Aviation Captain is responsible for the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of The Pictsweet Company’s Citation 650. You will uphold the highest standards of a safety-first culture, collaborate closely with a highly experienced co-captain and aviation leadership, and ensure exceptional travel experiences for company passengers.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) when assigned, retaining final authority for safe aircraft operation.


• Maintain a robust safety culture through adherence to company procedures and industry best practices.


• Confirm airworthiness of the aircraft prior to each flight and ensure all required documentation is in order.


• Ensure flight crewmembers fully understand their assigned duties and performance expectations.


• Make and communicate critical go/no-go decisions, including start, delay, diversion, or cancellation, to appropriate stakeholders (Aviation Manager, Chief Pilot, Scheduler, Lead Passenger) as soon as practical.


• Prepare or supervise flight planning, considering altitude, terrain, weather, range, weight and balance, performance data, airport facilities, and navigation aids.


• Perform all tasks associated with operating the aircraft while away from home base, ensuring continuity of safe operations.


• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and Company policies and procedures.


• Report known or suspected FAA violations or incidents promptly to the Chief Pilot.


• Coordinate required passenger ground handling and surface transportation.


• Complete all relevant trip paperwork accurately and on time.


• Fuel the aircraft at home base and support collateral department duties as assigned.

• Strong decision-making, communication, and crew coordination skills within a two-pilot environment.


• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to travel as required.
