Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a CE-750 SIC/First Officer to join our flight operations team. You will fly as SIC, support all phases from planning to post-flight duties, and work with the PIC to meet FAA regulations and company policies.

The role requires an ATP or R-ATP, a current FAA First Class Medical, and a minimum 1,000 hours total time with 50 hours multi-engine. International ops eligibility and a domestic US residence are expected.

Qualifications

• CE-750 SIC/First Officer type rating required.
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate (ATP) or R-ATP and current FAA First Class Medical.
• Minimum flight time: 1,000 hours total time and 50 hours multi-engine.
• Valid passport; U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident with unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• ICAO-eligible for international operations; able to complete company training.
• Part 135 experience preferred.
• Reside in the domestic U.S. and live within one hour of a major airport; comfortable working from a home base.
• Strong TEM/CRM, checklist discipline, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SIC on CE‑750 flights, supporting all phases from flight planning to post‑flight duties.
• Partner with the PIC to ensure strict compliance with Federal Regulations, company policies, and operating requirements.
• Conduct performance calculations, weight-and-balance, airworthiness checks, and aircraft readiness to minimize downtime.
• Apply CRM and Threat & Error Management to achieve safe, efficient mission outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality passenger service and uphold professional cabin/cockpit standards.
• Maintain personal currency, qualifications, and flight/duty-time limitations; promptly report any changes.
• Develop the judgment and proficiency required to perform PIC duties; assume command if the PIC is incapacitated.
• Act as Ground Security Coordinator under the TFSSP when required.
• Collaborate across flight ops, maintenance, and dispatch; share workload proactively for on‑time, compliant departures.
