Job summary

Organically Clean Utah is seeking its first office team member to help build the systems, customer experience, and day-to-day operations that enable us to scale. This role isn’t a traditional desk job; we need someone organized, proactive, and willing to wear multiple hats as we grow, working directly with ownership.

You’ll handle customer communications, scheduling, payments, and administrative support while contributing to process improvement and company growth in a fast-moving startup

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks and help owners with projects
• Help build and improve systems and processes as we scale
