Job summary

Ultra is seeking its first marketing hire to own the function end-to-end from positioning to demand generation. This NYC-based on-site role will define the category narrative at the intersection of robotics, AI, and logistics and build the team as the company scales.

You'll own messaging, launches, sales enablement, and content while partnering with sales and product. The role requires a hands-on builder with experience creating a new function in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have deep B2B product marketing and positioning experience.
• Early/startup marketing experience building a function from scratch.
• Strong demand-generation mindset with ability to own pipeline programs.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and category narrative for a new market.
• Lead product marketing launches, sales enablement, and customer communications.
• Build content and brand engine with study-worthy stories and assets.
• Set up demand-gen foundations: site, funnel tracking, events, and early campaigns.
• Grow the marketing org and define the team structure as we scale.
