Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is seeking its first Head of Marketing to define our category, own the narrative, and build the marketing engine for an AI robotics company with robots deployed in production today.

Based in the Boston area with our Watertown HQ, this player-coach role will grow a small team into a comprehensive marketing organization, leveraging AI-native operations to drive demand and revenue across mid-market and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with startup scale experience.
• Experience bringing a novel product category to market.
• Full-stack marketer with strong product marketing core.
• Experience across mid-market and enterprise motions.
• Experience marketing to non-technical operational buyers.

Responsibilities

• Define Tutor’s marketing strategy across both motions and own marketing’s contribution to revenue: pipeline sourced and influenced, measured honestly.
• Own Tutor’s narrative and positioning: cement our position in public and industry awareness and lay claim to the category while timing advantage lasts.
• Oversee messaging, customer proof, and sales enablement across product lines and buyer types.
• Build the vertical demand engine for the mid‑market motion and stand up ABM for enterprise with Sales.
