Emerald Canning Partners is seeking a Marketing Director to own marketing end to end, reporting to the CEO. This hands-on leadership role will build plans, run programs, and work directly with retailers and our field sales partner.

The candidate will manage outside agencies and vendors with room to shape the function as the business grows. The role requires experience leading product launches, in-store promotions, and brand governance, with a proven ability to drive ROI in a dynamic cannabis

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of brand, trade, or field marketing experience in beverage, CPG, or cannabis.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and measuring ROI.
• Experience working with field sales teams, brokers, or distributors.
• Hands-on builder able to create decks, sell sheets, planograms, and training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget for all house brands.
• Own house brand management, launches, and packaging, plus social media and content.
• Create and run trade and retail programs, merchandising, and POS materials.
• Lead budtender education and consumer education materials.
• Coordinate with brand partners and manage agencies, vendors, and field partners.
• Oversee digital, social, e-commerce, and events with measurable ROI.
• Ensure CRA compliance across materials and submissions.
