Minnesota Cannabis Services in Edina, MN is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the execution of our marketing strategy across retail, CPG, and digital channels. You will report to the CEO, COO, and Executive Chairman and translate their vision into campaigns, content, and brand assets that drive revenue and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• ~5+ years marketing experience with brand, digital, and retail.
• Fluency with AI marketing tools for design, copy, social scheduling, and analytics.
• Working knowledge of cannabis products, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• On-site five days a week in Edina; remote not allowed.
• Experience building or scaling a marketing function; cannabis industry passion.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail marketing initiatives, in-store merchandising, and branding across locations.
• Develop planograms, materials, and visual merchandising grounded in value messaging.
• Oversee creation, launch, and marketing of new brands for retail locations.
• Lead art direction, copywriting, and design for all brands.
• Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
• Leverage AI tools for design, copy, social scheduling, and analytics.
• Launch websites, delivery platforms, and loyalty apps aligned with brand.
• Drive digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and social media management.
• Manage PR for corporate and brands, and CEO personal brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, operations, and tech.
• Build marketing team and scalable processes as the organization grows.
