Pinnacle is seeking an experienced First Line Operations Risk Advisor to lead risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and communication across the Division. The role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, coordinating remediation of control deficiencies and translating risk information into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The position involves governance, risk reporting, and collaboration with multiple risk functions to strengthen the internal control environment

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency using MS Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Operations and technology risk management within the Division.
• Lead risk assessments and governance across business units and functions.
• Direct remediation planning and ensure corrective actions address root causes.
• Develop and present risk reports and executive-level assessments.
• Advise leadership on risk acceptance, mitigation, and escalation procedures.
