Qualifications

• 10+ years in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit or similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of control testing and controls design.
• Strong leadership experience and team management.
• Deep understanding of general banking operations and services.
• Experience with risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and report risk across the Bank to support informed decisions.
• Lead a team to perform risk and control assessments and document processes.
• Develop and enhance controls to mitigate regulatory and business risks.
• Collaborate across the firm to strengthen risk management practices.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of the risk team.
