Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, finance, technology, data, or a related field.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in risk/controls or related area.
• Experience solving unique and complex risk problems and advising senior stakeholders.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact first-line risk programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Anticipate risk challenges and recommend changes to processes, controls, products, or operating practices.
• Resolve complex risk problems by integrating context, data, evidence and stakeholder views.
• Shape risk practices, governance, metrics, and escalation approaches for better effectiveness.
• Advise senior leaders on material risks, tradeoffs, and remediation priorities.
• Lead major issue-management and remediation efforts with root-cause analysis.
• Represent first-line risk in audits, governance forums, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead project teams or communities of practice and elevate capability with standards/tools.
