Qualifications

• Security+ certification preferred.
• DoD IAT Level II certification preferred.
• Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for software, network, and workstation issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents and identify root causes.
• Image and configure computers.
• Install software updates, security patches, and required configurations.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 technical support.
• Deploy desktop workstations and laptops.
• Provide professional customer service and technical assistance.
